Career In Sociology

The sole purpose of education is to have good understanding about the social cultures and to be able to learn and earn the basic amenities of life. A student in his lifetime is made to learn hundreds of lessons, but there are only few which he remembers or actually implements in his life. These mainly constitute the lessons which are either implemented in the job prospects of the students or in their daily life, for being nice and civilised citizens. From the very beginning of the life of a student, he is taught all the mannerisms, rights and duties, to fulfil their role as a good citizen.

A special field, which makes the student, specialise in the subject of social science and even many students opt it as a career, is sociology. The Slight Edge Philosophy…

The slight edge philosophy is the idea of performing either simple disciplines or simple errors in judgment that will either build or destroy your business. The simple disciplines are what you want to get accustom to. I promise you that if you follow simple disciplines you will be able to double, triple, or even quadruple your income with in the next twelve months.

It is not difficult at all to build a massively successful MLM business if you follow the simple disciplines, such as, making your phone calls every day, following up with people consistently, going to all the business briefings, even if you have seen them a hundred times, doing your 15 minutes of personal development a day, or doing your exposures every day. You already know what you have to do to be successful in the business; you just have to do it.

It’s easy to do all the things that I’ve just mentioned. All you have to do to make an exposure is go up to someone and tell him or her about what you’re doing.

Is it really that difficult to open your mouth? It’s easy, but it’s also easy not to do, and that is the trap that so many people fall into when they are in this business. They fall into the trap of performing simple errors in judgment, rather than performing the simple daily disciplines that are going to create them a more preferable compounded effect.

Save Thousands of Dollars by Choosing the Right College

What you need to know about financial aid BEFORE choosing a college.

With the high cost of a college education, no one wants to pay more than they must. Yet thousands of families pay too much for college every year because they don’t understand the basics of financial aid and don’t know the right questions to ask. So let’s learn what questions to ask.

Basics Part I

There are three types of financial aid for college: grants or scholarships, loans and work-study.

Grants and scholarships are free money that you do not need to pay back.

Most grants and scholarships come from the federal and state government or from the individual college.

Loans need to be paid back after college.

There are many loan programs available from the federal and state government. Most of these loans have fairly low interest rates. There are also private loans available although these generally have a higher interest rate.

Work-study is a job offered on the campus of the college.

Basics Part II

Need based aid vs Merit based aid

Need based aid is given by all colleges to students who have need. Anyone who can’t pay the full cost of the college has need.

A form called the Free Application for Federal Student Assistance (FAFSA) determines the amount of need for federal grants and scholarships. Many highly selective colleges also require a form known as the Profile form The FAFSA form is filled out after January 1 of the year the student will first attend college.
